Defect Warranty:
All
products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and
workmanship
for a minumim of 60 days from date of purchase, and will be replaced
free of charge.
Some
items
carry a longer defect warranty, which is usually listed on the product
description page.

Satisfaction
Guarantee:
-If
for any
reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it if
you
either contact us, or return your product, within 14 days of the
day
you received it.
-You
can elect
to receive a refund, or to exchange for a different product.
Electronic
Items:
-If
you want
a refund, all electronic items are subject to a 10%
restocking
fee. The one exception to this is the MedReady Dispenser, which is
subject to a $30 restocking fee, (approximately 20%).
-All
electronic
items must be returned with the original box, (if they came in one),
with
operating instructions, all in good condition. Electronic items
returned
without the original box or instructions are subject to a 50%
restocking
fee, whether you elect to receive a refund or a product exchange.
-If
you want
to exchange for a different item(s), you will be charged the difference
if the new product is higher priced, refunded if it is lower. (Plus the
restocking fee noted above if the product is missing the box or
instructions.)
Non-Electronic
Items:
-There
is no
restocking fee. Items must be returned in clean and undamaged condition.
-If
you want
to exchange for a different item(s), there is no processing charge. You
will be charged the difference if the new product is higher priced,
refunded
if it is lower.
-Simply
contact
us within 14 days of the date of delivery, and we will gladly make
arrangements
for you to return your items. Please email us at
