Your items are guaranteed to arrive unbroken in good condition to U.S. addresses to the address given to us when you place the order. You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date as tracked through the shipping service to make a claim.
We will re-ship such an order for the same shipping cost, (prepaid), as for the original shipment only after you confirm by email that the address is correct, or supply us with a different address.
