Methods

We ship our choice of U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground/Home Delivery as applicable unless otherwise noted on the product page for the item. The costs of each are shown during the checkout process. Yes we ship to APO/FPO.

Cost

Once you have selected at least one item and placed it in your cart, the shipping cost is shown on the left of all pages under "Your Order". If shipping outside the US additional fees will be applied at checkout.

Additional Fees for Shipments to:

Canada - $7.50
Philippines - $10.00
Bahrain, Europe, India, Israe, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, South Africa, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Australia & New Zealand - $15.00

We do ship to additional countries please call or email for quote.

PayPal is the only accepted method of payment for orders submitted from outside the United States.
 

Shipping Time

All products are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the web site. Occasionally unexpected high sales levels of a particular product happen, and we cannot get the web site updated.

Orders shipping within the US are generally shipped in 4 to 7 business days depending on the time your order is placed.

Shipments to Australia and European countries generally arrive in 21 days.

Although orders are generally shipped as noted, this is not guaranteed.

The best estimated in transit times are shown along with the shipping choices, but are only estimates based on past experience, and are not guaranteed. (Note that the times given are the estimated in transit times, not the estimated time it will take from the day you placed the order.)

Expedited Shipping

 Same day shipping is not available.

 Overnight, second day, or other forms of expedited shipping are not available.
 

Shipping Guarantee

Your items are guaranteed to arrive unbroken in good condition to U.S. addresses to the address given to us when you place the order. You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date as tracked through the shipping service to make a claim.
 

Incorrect Addresses

We will re-ship such an order for the same shipping cost, (prepaid), as for the original shipment only after you confirm by email that the address is correct, or supply us with a different address.
